Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy – Pustak Angadi

 

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

 

Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled from our side.

 

However, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.

 

 

 

2. Refusal at Delivery

 

If you choose not to accept the order when the courier attempts delivery, the package will be returned to us.

 

In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if prepaid) will be refunded to you.

 

 

 

3. COD Orders

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusing to accept the package will result in the cancellation of your order.

 

Repeated refusals may affect your eligibility for COD in future purchases.

 

 

 

4. Exceptions

 

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

Customized or special order books are strictly non-cancellable.
